Group Bookings FAQ’s
I want to book a group to come into the World’s Largest Entertainment McDonald’s – what is the advantage to booking in advance rather than simply showing up unannounced?
Through our group bookings, you are capable of taking advantage of our discounted rates for your group! Booking a group in advance means that the store is prepared to accommodate your large order and will have your game cards ready for you to enjoy upon arrival. At this time, you will give the specifics for your pre-selected packages to the Manager to complete your order while you guests get to enjoy all our restaurant has to offer instead of standing in line ordering.
I am ready to book a group! What do I do now?
Simply log into the group booking section of the website, create a username and password, and fill in your information: the name of the group, the time and date of your groups arrival, how many people you will be bringing, which package(s) you will be selecting, any extras you need or special accommodations.
How many people qualify as a group?
We extend our discounted group rates to any group of ten or more people.
What if I want more credits for each person?
The World’s Largest Entertainment McDonald’s features over 100 arcade games, so people often want to add extra credits. We would be happy to add additional credits for each of your guests! For only $1 extra, you can enjoy 6 more credits. If you place these additional credits with your order, these will be preloaded on cards and you will not have to stand in line at our kiosks to add more credits.
What if my group is tax exempt? Or tax exempt from a state other than Florida?
We extend tax exemption to Florida schools, churches, and non-profit organizations. You must provide us with a copy of the Florida Department of Revenue Certificate of Exemption. Unfortunately we are unable to validate out of state tax exemptions.
What if I need to edit something on my reservation later?
Once you have updated your group booking, you have up until 2 business days before the group arrives to make any final edits.
The day of:
This place is huge! Where do I go the day of my group booking to place the orders and get my game credits?
For the day of, please go right up to the front of the registers on the left and ask for the manager. Please let them know the name of the group you have booked. At that time they will give you the game cards & you can give them the orders.
Where does the bus park?
The Quality Inn behind the McDonald’s property allows buses to park on their property for the convenience of our customers.
Is there reserved seating?
Unfortunately we cannot reserve seats in the restaurant. However there are plenty of tables available for any size group. Please note, that there is additional seating upstairs to the right and down stairs by the stage or back by the bowling alley which is usually best for groups.
What if I want to add more credits to the cards when they are empty?
There are kiosks located around the restaurant that can instantly add more credits to the game card with either cash or credit.
How much do games cost?
Our games start at 3 game credits & go up. If you would like additional credits, you can either add them on individually at our in-store kiosks or you can add more games credit to your order confirmation ahead of time so the additional game credits will already be on their game cards (6 game credits for $1).
I am ready to book a group as a tour operator! What do I do now?
Simply log into the group booking section of the website, create a username and password, indicate that you are a tour operator, and fill in your information: the name of the group, the time and date of your groups arrival, how many people you will be sending, which package(s) you will be selecting, any extras you need or special accommodations.
How do I receive my commission?
With our new site, the booking instantly receives an EXTRA 15% off the total bill. This 15% is meant to be for the tour operator who has manifested the group. This means that the commission is instant!
What if I want to extend a better discount to my group rather than collect the commission?
Feel free to extend the 15% off to your group rather than collect the money for your agency. We appreciate your business and wish to give your clients the best possible experience in our restaurant!
